    • Courier companies (e.g. InPost, GLS, YunExpress) for delivery purposes.

    • Factory in Asia to prepare and ship your order (data is not stored after fulfillment).

    • Payment service providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal).

  2. In the case of shipment to countries outside the EU, data may be transferred to third countries, ensuring appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.

5. Data storage period

  1. Personal data is stored for the duration of the order.

  2. After the order is completed, the data is archived for tax purposes for the period required by law (usually 5 years).

  3. Data used for marketing purposes is stored until the Customer withdraws consent.

    • Data rectification.

    • Deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”).

    • Data transfer.

  1. The customer may consent to receiving the newsletter via the Shopify Email Marketing platform.

  2. The Customer may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the link in the e-mail or by contacting the Store.

  1. The store uses technical and organizational measures to ensure data protection, including encryption on the Shopify platform.

  2. The store does not use any external analytics or marketing tools other than Shopify Email Marketing.

9. Data Protection Officer

The store has not appointed a data protection officer, in accordance with the GDPR regulations for small businesses.

10. Final provisions

  1. The Privacy Policy is effective from May 14, 2025.

  2. The Store reserves the right to change the Policy after informing Customers on the Store's website.
