Returns and Complaints Policy
1. General information
This Policy sets out the rules for withdrawing from a contract and submitting complaints for products purchased in the RelaxRing online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Store"). The Store operates in accordance with Polish and EU law, including the Consumer Rights Act and the provisions of the GDPR.
2. Withdrawal from the contract
2.1. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, except for the situations specified in point 2.3.

If the order has not yet been shipped, the Consumer may withdraw from the contract without having to return the product.

If the order has been shipped or delivered, the Consumer may return the product intact within 30 days of receipt of the shipment.
2.2. Withdrawal procedure

To withdraw from the contract, the Consumer should inform the Store of the decision by sending a declaration of withdrawal to the e-mail address provided in the "Contact Details" section or by post to the returns address indicated in the same section.

The consumer may use the withdrawal form template available on the Store's website, but this is not obligatory.

The product must be returned to the returns address provided in the "Contact Details" section within 30 days of notification of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

The product must be undamaged, unused, and include all tags and accessories included with the order. Original packaging is not required but recommended for safe transportation.

Please also include a note with your name, email address and order number in the shipment to make the returns process easier and faster.
2.3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to damaged products or those showing signs of use that go beyond normal familiarisation with the product.
2.4. Refunds

As soon as we receive the package, we will process the refund immediately, within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the returned product or confirming its shipment.

The refund will be made to the bank account from which the payment was made or – at the Consumer’s request – in the form of a gift voucher to be used in the Store.

The store may withhold reimbursement until the product has been received or confirmation of its shipment has been received.
2.5. Product exchange
Instead of a refund, the consumer may choose to exchange the product for:

Ring in a different color (silver or gold-plated).

A new copy of the same product.
The exchange is processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product, subject to product availability.
3. Complaints
3.1. Grounds for complaints

The store is responsible for the non-conformity of the product with the contract in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act.

Complaints can be filed in the following cases:

Product damage during delivery.

Manufacturing defect of the product.

Product non-conformity with the order.

3.2. Complaints procedure
-
Complaints should be submitted to the email address provided in the "Contact Details" section, providing the order number, a description of the problem and a photo of the damaged product (if applicable).

In the event of obvious damage to the product that prevents repair (based on a photo), the Consumer does not have to return the product.

If a return is required, the product should be sent to the address provided in the "Contact Details" section, preferably via InPost courier, in accordance with the details provided in point 2.2. Return shipping costs will be covered by the Store if the complaint is accepted.

Please include a note with your name, email address and order number in the shipment.

The Store will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the Consumer of the outcome.
3.3. Complaint resolution
If the complaint is accepted, the Consumer may choose:

Exchange for a new copy of the same product.

Exchange for a ring in a different color (silver or gold-plated).

Refund to the bank account from which the payment was made or in the form of a gift voucher.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 48 hours of the complaint being accepted.

5. Final provisions

This Policy is effective from May 14, 2025.

All disputes will be resolved in accordance with Polish law.

In matters not regulated, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.

The Store reserves the right to change the Policy after informing Customers on the Store's website.
