Store Regulations
1. General provisions

These Regulations define the rules for making purchases in the RelaxRing online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").

The store sells anti-stress rings retail via its website, available in Polish and English.

The Regulations are addressed to Consumers and Entrepreneurs using the Store, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827) and other provisions of Polish and EU law.
2. Definitions

Consumer : a natural person making a purchase in the Store for purposes unrelated to business or professional activity.

Customer : any entity making a purchase in the Store.

Shop : RelaxRing online store operating at [insert Store website address].

Seller : the entity running the Store, whose details are provided in the "Contact Details" section.
3. Terms and conditions of placing orders

The store offers anti-stress rings made of 925 silver in silver or gold-plated color, in a universal size.

Orders can be placed via the Store's website.

The customer automatically receives an account in the Store after placing an order, which allows them to track their order.

Product prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.

The customer receives an order confirmation via email. A receipt is not included with the shipment.
4. Payments

The store offers the following payment methods:

Shopify Payments.

PayPal.

Cash on delivery is not available.

Payment must be made before your order is shipped.
5. Order fulfillment

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days of placing the order.

Products are shipped directly from the factory in Asia or from the warehouse in Poland (after activating this option).

Detailed delivery conditions are specified in the Shipping Policy available on the Store's website.
6. Withdrawal from the contract and complaints

The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Returns and Complaints Policy.

Complaints regarding product defects or non-conformity with the contract should be reported in accordance with the Returns and Complaints Policy.
7. Protection of personal data

Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Store's website, in accordance with the GDPR.

The customer may consent to receiving marketing communications (newsletter), with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
8. Final provisions

The regulations are effective from 14 May 2025.

All disputes will be resolved in accordance with Polish law.

The Store reserves the right to change the Regulations after informing Customers on the Store's website.

In matters not regulated, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
